We are looking for a Backend Integrator & Application Support Developer to join a team responsible for application support, run automation, and backend evolutions within a business-critical financial crime detection platform.

This role combines L1/L2/L3 application support with backend development, focusing on run automation, batch processing, monitoring, and continuous improvement, in a high-availability and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Run & Application Support (L1/L2/L3)

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for backend applications across multiple environments
• Analyze and resolve incidents and problems in production and pre-production
• Monitor applications and environments using observability tools
• Apply ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management
