Backend Engineer- Nearshore

Job Description
We’re looking for a strong Backend Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems and working hands on with modern cloud native technologies. This role is ideal for someone with solid software engineering fundamentals who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast moving environment.

What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and Go
• Deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes, including hands on work with deployments, orchestration, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to build reliable, production ready systems
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions
• Containerize applications using Docker and support cloud native workflows
• Monitor system health and performance using Grafana and modern observability tools
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
