Backend Development Lead - Java Springboot Microservices AWS

We are looking for professionals with 8 to 12 years of strong technical expertise in:

Core Technical Skills

• Java/J2EE with advanced proficiency in Java 8+
• Spring Framework 5 & Spring Boot microservices architecture
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) foundation
• Hands‑on with RDBMS & NoSQL databases
• Experience using profilers, debuggers , and logging frameworks (e.g., log4Net)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , branching strategies & merging workflows
• Exposure to AWS cloud services
• Strong experience in Software Architecture & System Design
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams
• Ownership mindset with a passion for technology excellence
