  Summary 
 Being a critical part of a back end development team working on a high-speed, resilient trading system
 Participating in design and architecture decisions
 Delivering key pieces of feature lists.
 Code review and leadership of team members.
 Ensuring component consistency in design and with testing standards.
 Partnering with Product Owners ,BAs and QA to ensure a resilient, performant, built for purpose system is developed and maintained
 Focusing on continuous improvement to efficiently deliver features
 Working with other Technical leads to set standards across components and services
