Back Office Support (Accounting & Book keeping Background)
Provide back-office and administrative support to clients.
Process and maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by clients.
Review and verify financial data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and billing activities.
Manage data entry and update client databases and systems.
Respond to client inquiries related to financial and administrative matters.
Ensure compliance with client procedures, company policies, and data security standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
