To lead and develop the Back of House operations at Brown Thomas Cork, ensuring operational excellence, efficient stock management, and exceptional service for both internal and external customers. The role is pivotal in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and team performance, supporting the store’s overall goal of delivering a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring all processes, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained
