Lead Backend / Fintech Engineer

Required experience
• 8–12+ years backend engineering experience
• Prior work on financial systems (payments, lending, wallets, core banking, trading)
• Strong understanding of:
o Ledgers & reconciliation
o Transactional integrity
o API design for financial use cases
• Calm, conservative engineering mindset
Not suitable if your background is only:
• Websites
• Marketplaces
• Social apps
• Growth-driven consumer products
Position 2:
Backend Engineer
(Execution & Feature Delivery)
Required experience
• 3–6 years backend development experience
• Comfortable with APIs, databases, and backend services
• Willingness to work in a regulated, documentation-heavy environment
Not suitable for engineers who dislike structure or compliance.
