Job Description
The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients, ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training. Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets. Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics. Conduct regular call audits to monitor communication quality, professionalism, and conversion capability. Track and review key performance metrics call volume, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and target achievement. Coach and develop team members on effective selling, negotiation, and product knowledge. Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align on pricing, leads, and fulfillment.
