We’re looking for a skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading independent aviation maintenance providers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and on-time delivery — keeping our customers flying with confidence.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Certify and perform base maintenance tasks to approved standards and regulations
• Supervise maintenance teams and allocate work efficiently
• Ensure all maintenance is completed, recorded, and released to service correctly
• Support Quality and Safety functions by maintaining compliance and upholding a Just Culture
• Prepare and review work packages, ensuring accuracy and full documentation
• Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 What You Bring:
