Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency working with major tech companies. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on contacting Polish companies and engaging IT managers to create new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to Polish IT managers to identify prospects.
- Support the Warm Handover process with client sales experts.
- Build and maintain a network of decision makers globally.
- Participate in a four‑week onboarding program.
Qualifications
- Native Polish speaker and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Former CRM experience desirable; not required.
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
