Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency working with major tech companies. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on contacting Polish companies and engaging IT managers to create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to Polish IT managers to identify prospects.
  • Support the Warm Handover process with client sales experts.
  • Build and maintain a network of decision makers globally.
  • Participate in a four‑week onboarding program.

Qualifications

  • Native Polish speaker and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Former CRM experience desirable; not required.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
