Salary & Compensation: Up to COP $6,500,000 (Salary + monthly 30% performance bonus)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a B2B Account Specialist to support customer acquisition, account management, and client retention initiatives. This role is idóneo for professionals with approximately 2–4 years of experience who are looking to continue developing their career in account management and B2B commercial operations. It is an individual contributor position focused on managing customer relationships throughout the sales and post‑sales journey and does not include team leadership or strategic management responsibilities.
