Qualifications Educational Requirements Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills Basic understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., VLANs, DNS, IP addressing). Proficiency in using monitoring and management tools for Azure and Hyper-V environments.
