Azure Cloud Ops Engineer – Cloud Automation, Security & Migration – Remote
Day rate: £300 – £500 (inside IR35)

My new client is looking for a highly skilled Azure Cloud Operations Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure automation, cloud migration, and security enforcement. This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, automated, and scalable Azure environments while enabling enterprise-level cloud adoption.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) and automation scripting (Python, PowerShell).

Lead and support cloud migration projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.

Enforce cloud security policies including RBAC, policy-as-code, and Zero Trust architecture.
