Azure Apps & AI Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)

**Overview**

As an Azure Apps & AI Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) within the Customer Success Unit (CSU), you will serve as the senior technical advisor and delivery lead for Federal Government and Defence customers, focused on modern application platforms and secure AI adoption.

You are responsible for designing, enabling, and scaling modern cloud applications and AI solutions on Azure to unlock measurable business value in highly regulated environments (ISM, PSPF, protected/secure workloads).

This is a customer-facing, outcome-driven role where you:

+ Lead application modernization and AI delivery execution
+ Enable secure, compliant AI adoption (including Copilot and custom AI solutions)
+ Drive Azure consumption, innovation, and long-term platform strategy
+ Partner across Microsoft to deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes
