Job Description:

• Validate document completeness of the AYDA
• Administering AYDA documents
• Monitor and ensure the return process the name of the foreclosed assets
• Propose cooperation with third parties related to the Foreclosed Collateral sales process
• Ensuring the AYDA sales process runs well
• Make a report on the details of the Foreclosed debtor

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law or any major related
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience from banking or financial services industry
• Able to analyze financial statements (Balance sheet, Loss/Profit, and Financial Ratio)
• Have related understanding in Accounting/Legal
• Understand the terms BI, OJK, and regulations legislation applicable related to Bank business activities
