AXI Application Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Utilize system performance on customer‑provided samples to create application reports that demonstrate system capability and strengthen the commercial team’s business case.
• Participate in pre‑sales discussions with customers as a technical expert.
• Support sales in defining system configuration and finalizing customer technical specification reviews.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, or other industry events to demonstrate equipment and present technical information on behalf of the company.
• Provide high‑level application support to set up and program new systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and concerns with AXI equipment, advising customers on the best solutions for their samples and new requirements.
• Deliver AXI application training to customers, distributors, and junior colleagues; prepare training documents, brief manuals, or work instructions for customer or team us...
