• Support and troubleshoot various web applications in Digital portfolio.
• Deploy, administer, and support cloud services (primarily AWS) for internal and customer-facing applications.

• Participate in project delivery, deployment, and operational readiness for new and enhanced applications, following change management procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Manage software patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Build automation and self-healing mechanisms for service recovery.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for application support and troubleshooting.
