Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Managing financial accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance: Overseeing tax filings, GST returns, and ensuring tax compliance with statutory requirements.
• MIS: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management decision-making.
• Legal: Handling legal documentation, statutory compliance, and liaising with legal advisors on various matters.
