AVP - Institutional Client Reporting

AVP – Client Reporting | Investment Management Firm | Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client and internal reporting delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce manual risk
• Develop and oversee MIS frameworks, executive dashboards (KPIs/KRIs), and performance analytics
• Strengthen the reporting control environment, manage audit observations, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Act as senior escalation point for reporting and operational issues
• Lead and mentor teams across Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, and Audit & Assurance
• Partner with global stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Services

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12–14 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations
