Purpose of role:

We are seeking dedicated Avionics Quality and Test Engineers to drive and uphold the quality of our avionics design and development processes, ensuring the delivery of zero-defect systems within the required timelines. This role is categorized as job level 1 and is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience, depending on their educational background. We strongly encourage applicants with a background in electronics design or testing who are enthusiastic about transitioning into a Quality Engineer role. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep interest in improving product quality and reliability, and the ability to independently analyze designs, identify potential failure modes, and implement corrective actions to optimize design.
