**Job Description**

We are seeking A&P Mechanics with strong aviation maintenance experience, preferably with fixed-wing aircraft such as jets and planes. Ideal candidates have recently separated from the military and possess 3-4 years of military aircraft maintenance experience, with a preference for those with 6-10+ years. The role requires a broad range of knowledge and skills in repairing airframes, engines, structural components, avionics, electrical, and hydraulics systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform intermediate or depot-level maintenance using various hand and power tools.
+ Remove and install aircraft panels.
+ Conduct aircraft and component inspections.
+ Operate, test, and troubleshoot engines and auxiliary power units (APUs).
+ Identify and resolve aircraft faults using Fault Isolation Procedures (FIP).
+ Operate aircraft tugs.
