Aviation Solicitor

We are working with an esteemed international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Aviation team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a renowned global Aviation team, working on litigation and regulatory matters across the aviation sector. The candidate’s duties will include including file review and preparing for hearings. The candidate’s duties will also include drafting legal documents, preparing applications for administrative reviews, preparing briefs to counsel, and researching and analysing documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
