During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the Maison’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.

The programme is based in Italy and offers missions where applicable.
