Demonstrating solid Avature Recruitment System or any other recruitment system experience.
Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, ‘Avature’ recommended.
Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment (Avature) system and business processes
