Activity Details (Scope of Work):

As per the reported issue, the customer is experiencing report delay issues following manual calibration, and further onsite troubleshooting support is required to execute the agreed action plan. The engineer is required to perform detailed diagnostics and investigation of the AV environment, validate camera behavior including SpeakerTrack functionality and camera switching performance, collect required evidence such as videos with Room Diagnostics enabled, perform debug logging and reproduce the issue as required by Cisco TAC. Additionally, the engineer should collect the necessary log bundle from the codec, capture setup photos and supporting screenshots, complete all troubleshooting activities, and coordinate with TAC and the site SPOC to validate findings and confirm the current system status
