AV Support Specialist

THE ROLE

The AV Support Specialist provides client-facing audiovisual and technical support for small- to large-scale events, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences. This service-focused technical professional evaluates event requirements; configures, operates, and maintains audiovisual systems; and delivers timely technical support before, during, and after events while working effectively both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities, and remaining composed and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to assess event requirements and determine the appropriate audiovisual systems, equipment, and configurations.

+ Attend event-planning meetings to review timelines, technical requirements, and audiovisual needs.

+ Document and maintain accurate audiovisual requirements and technical specifications for each event.
