As part of a temporary replacement, the Buildings, Sports and Domains Service of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position of: Auxiliary Project Technician 80 - 100%

Main tasks:

• plan construction, renovation, and development projects based on directives
• maintain the municipal property portfolio
• draw and develop construction and detail plans, as well as layout plans for premises and installations
• assume project manager responsibilities and ensure site follow-up.

We are looking for:

• ES technician diploma or holder of a CFC as an architectural draughtsperson with several years of experience in a similar position
• at least 2 years of proven experience in site management
• recognised project manager diploma, an advantage
• good knowledge of legal bases and technical standards in the building sector with strong writing and spelling skills
• proficiency in IT tool...
