The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the administrative processes of the Colombian office, offering operational support to various departments (such as Legal, Tax, Accounting, HR, and others), managing general office activities, operational coordination, logistical support, and assisting employees and visitors, in order to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
General Administrative Support
- Provide operational support to internal areas such as HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Purchasing, and others, according to daily requirements.
- Support the preparation of payroll, records, and tracking of basic administrative or financial information.
- Manage calls, visitors, and suppliers, providing general guidance to staff.
