Autonomous Maintenance Technician

The Autonomous Maintenance Technician supports the Operations team by strengthening equipment reliability and operator capability through the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program in a fastpaced, 24/7 bakery operation. This role focuses on handson equipment support, operator training, standard work development, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

This is an onsite, hourly union position based at our bakery in Rome, GA, scheduled Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM 9:00 PM with flexibility depending on business needs. The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $28.96. You will work closely with Operators, Maintenance, and crossfunctional partners to ensure AM standards are understood, applied, and sustained across multiple shifts and production lines.
