Automotive Technician - Suzuki Oton

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any automotive course.
• With NC1 and NC2 certification.
• With at 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
• Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission, with a valid drivers license.

Main Responsibility:

Diagnose, performs service, and repair to customer's units in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints.

• Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 rate is at a maximum of 3%.
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle during and after the repairs/services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs....
