TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST/ TECHNICAL LEADER/ AUTOMOTIVE FOREMAN
Responsibilities
1. To supervise all Technician under his charge and to be responsible for the work performed by them.
2. Analyze and carry out diagnosis work based on customer concern.
3. Test drive the concern car to verify, determine and understand customer concern
4. Carry out diagnose activity with recommended special tools as per workshop manual, Service Bulletin, Newsletter and Technical Information
5. To prepare report (MIR, PAR, PCRS and EWP) to any related department for assistant (if no Master Technician available at service outlet)
6. Guide technician in trouble shooting and rectification.
7. Establish and monitor on-job training for Apprentice Technician/Trainee.
8. To authorize and confirm parts need to be replaced.
9. Responsible for good housekeeping of workshop area.
10. To perform Quality Check for every vehicle.
