Job Description
BYD, a global leader in Electromobility and EV vehicles is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
- Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers).
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Aftersales to deliver a premium customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Maximum 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment. Other industries or higher experience will be not consider for this role.
