The successful candidate will serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert supporting automotive customers with product‑related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone with a strong automotive mechanical background who enjoys problem‑solving, research, and customer interaction—but does not require hands‑on mechanical work. The focus is on technical guidance, warranty‑based questions, and product performance support.
