Automotive Paint Sprayer

Overview

Gi group are working with McLaren Automotive to add an experienced automotive paint sprayer t to the paint shop team. This role is an initial fixed term contract for 3 months.

Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:15pm with potential overtime on weekends.

Pay Rates

• £19.47 per hour Monday to Friday
• £29.21 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays
• £38.94 per hour Sundays and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand practical problem-solving methods and rework instructions.
• Escalate any issues found within the built-in quality stations and rectify to process standard.
• Ensure 5s within your work area in line with McLaren expectations.
• Maintain standards set such as, using the uniform/ clothing provided.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
