Job Description
Working with a global organisation who partner with a range of automotive OEM’s, this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support aftersales performance.
Leading a small team, you’ll oversee dealer POS implementation, campaign delivery, digital marketing, lead management and new program launches — ensuring consistency, quality and measurable outcomes. This is a full time office based role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small cross‑functional marketing team
- Deliver dealer POS and customer‑facing aftersales marketing initiatives & materials
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and service & parts sales
- Manage digital marketing activity across SEO, SEM, email, social and content
- Lead marketing execution for new aftersales program launches
- Build strong relationships with OEM and dealer stakeholders
