Automotive Loaner Car Coordinator - BMW

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Loaner Car Coordinator with Rallye BMW! Seeking reliable, motivated individuals with a passion for automotive excellence, looking to join a team whose values are based in kindness, teamwork, and delivering the highest caliber of customer service! The Loaner Coordinator is chiefly responsible for the organization of the loaner fleet. A clean and valid driver license is required.
Responsibilities for this position include:

+ Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately.

+ Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance.

+ Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management.

+ Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented.

+ Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process...
