Automotive HW Test Engineer

Job Description

The hardware test engineer creates project‑specific end‑of‑line production test protocol for ECUs and provides further development and improvement of production methods for testing. He/she will closely work with global engineering teams and manufacturing plants to make improvement suggestions, reduce fallout rate, and optimize product quality.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate, execute, and audit project‑specific production test specifications for customer projects.
• Elaborate test list for validation.
• Maintain and update all created project‑specific production test specifications.
• Create technical customer documentation related to testing.
• Introduce change requests caused by test engineering reasons.
• Identify production methods of testing necessary to fulfill customer‑specific test or internal requirements.
• Support documentation and tracking of project‑internal reported problems...
