Elliott Gray is recruiting for a high?performing Finance & Insurance professional to work across leading automotive brands in Canberra. This is a customer-facing, commission-driven role for someone who understands finance, values compliance, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

You’ll be part of a large, established automotive group, representing some of the world’s most recognised brands. It’s a fast?moving, professional environment where results matter, effort is recognised, and high performers are genuinely rewarded.

In this role, you’ll work closely with sales teams and customers to structure and present finance, insurance, and warranty solutions in a clear, compliant, and commercially sound way. You’ll negotiate finance outcomes, match customers with suitable lenders, manage documentation and settlements, and maximise finance and insurance income in line with industry benchmarks.
