Automotive BDC Representative - Universal Nissan/Hyundai

Universal Nissan is expanding, and we’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team! This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with a $15/hour base pay (not a draw), along with uncapped commission, allowing you to increase your earnings significantly. What You’ll Do:

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, emails)

+ Set and confirm appointments for Nissan sales team.

+ Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic

+ Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport

+ Work closely with the sales team to drive traffic to the dealership
