Assistant Managers’ are certified and proficient in all areas of store operations and responsible for overseeing teammates and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and services are performed to Jiffy Lube’s highest standards. They also ensure that all teammates are technically proficient, and all certification standards are up to date. In addition to overseeing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager sets an example as a leader, focusing on the career development of teammates, and provides consistent guidance and direction.
