Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions, certify warranty repairs, and perform repairs to standard on new and used vehicles.
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality while following dealership standards.
• Maintain an organized and orderly workspace.
• Organize all paperwork and documentation related to warranty claims; coordinate with the parts department on availability and ordering timelines.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment, hazardous waste disposal, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and other applicable policies.
