Reporting to the Team Leader, your primary focus will be on first-party claims. You’ll manage auto telephone claims and clearly communicate the process to customers, ensuring they feel understood and cared for throughout the claims journey. Your role will be instrumental in achieving targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Investigate and resolve first-party auto claims

Requirements:
• Minimum DEC or Attestation of College Studies
• Required 5b personal insurance license
