Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Perform day to day shop tasks as directed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Ensure regular preventative maintenance is performed on all equipment in shop
+ Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs in manufacturing operations
+ Assist with equipment and site improvements
+ Build industrial control panels to specification
+ Work with all departments to ensure each system is working at maximum output
+ Work with all departments on installation of new equipment and improvements on existing equipment
+ Maintain a safe work environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
+ Degree in Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Automation or 3 to 5 years’ experience in a directly-related field
+ Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs-70lbs
+ Ability to effectively use hand tools
