We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial automation, robotics, electrical and pneumatic systems, and manufacturing equipment maintenance. This individual will play a key role in troubleshooting automation systems, improving production efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment and robotic systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
• Support automation programming backups and optimization efforts.
• Build, modify, and maintain fixtures and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT).
