  About the Role 
 As an  Automation Specialist,  you are expected to support the bank's digitization initiative through standardization and automation of business processes. Responsible for mapping the process and requirements, in line with delivering tactical solutions that optimize processes across business functions and technology capabilities with measurable business value. The role will contribute to shaping the solution, as well as building it.
  How you'll contribute 
 Adheres to the automation governance and engages with the users to perform triage to identify issues, criticality/urgency, and act on remediation within the specified SLA.
 Identify the type of issue as incident, change management, or new build, and recommend solutions per the specified incident management framework and quality standards.
 Performs peer reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
