Job Description

What you will do
Operate and maintain ABBYY FlexiCapture and UiPath platforms to ensure reliability and performance.

Design and manage AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC); coordinate with MSPs for secure, optimized systems.

Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; automate repetitive tasks through scripting (PowerShell)

Monitor system health and troubleshoot proactively; collect and analyze performance metrics using DataDog.

Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases; validate MSP activities and ensure compliance with change management protocols.

Provide consultation with customers on products and services.

Build dashboards and reports with Power BI for operational insights.

Develop and maintain RPA solutions (UiPath preferred) and implement IDP workflows for document handling and data extraction. (Nice to have)
