The Readiness & Enablement Leader is a recognized expert in automation and operational excellence, driving transformation across GE Vernova’s global sites. This senior leader partners directly with plant teams to prepare each site for successful automation deployment, conducting readiness assessments that span lean maturity, digital infrastructure, and workforce capability. By identifying and closing operational and skills gaps—through on-site coaching, process standardization, and infrastructure coordination—the Leader directs safe, effective automation launches. Operating hands-on at plants, this role leads the translation of enterprise strategy into practical execution, guiding senior plant leaders and engaging operators, while embedding continuous improvement and building sustainable automation capability.
