Job Overview

The Automation Manager will plan and execute project and process improvement work in our manufacturing plant. This role will also be responsible for developing our maintenance technicians’ ability to troubleshoot and modify logic and controls.


Job Responsibilities


+ Cooperatively with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance provide leadership and technical expertise to develop and implement automation strategies and solutions

+ Provide project engineering and management functionally for controls related projects including sourcing, scope development and budgeting thru full project delivery

+ Assure all of electrical and controls related work in the plant complies with regulatory compliance

+ Provide support for cost improvement, quality improvement, continuous improvements and reliability programs such as OEE, SCADA, and or MES platforms
