**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing highly automated production equipment in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will work extensively with PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**

+ Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, CNC machines, and multi-axis robotic systems.
+ Use basic testing equipment, including multimeters, to diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
