**Job Description:**

Under general direction, supports the efficient manufacturing of existing products and introduction of new products through the entire process from concept to customer; with a focus on the manufacturing deliverables that impact the operations. 

This hands on position focuses on conceptualizing, specifying, debugging and supporting the equipment necessary to improve cost and consistency (variability reduction). 

      

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Develops,implementsandmaintainsmethods, operationsequenceand processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assembliesand final assemblies. 

+ Takes initiative to define, analyze, and lead implementation of process improvement projects inmanufacturing. Continually seeks out improvement opportunities. Works with others to successfully implement these activities.
